Rich Banks is committed to eliminating litter and promoting beautification - making Stroud Township appealing and attractive as it can be - for tourists, for new business, and for those of us who live and work here.

Since our inception in 2002, the Litter Control & Beautification Program of Stroud Township has worked diligently at keeping our township litter-free and a desirable place to live and visit. The objectives of our beautification projects are designed to upgrade the physical appearance of our township.
